The condition in which we find our Berkel slicers and scales varies greatly but in most cases the signs of wear and tear are extremely evident and tangible.
At our showroom you will find models that have been restored and models to restore on commission, which are often accompanied by photos before and after restoration.
In this way it is possible to see every step of the process and how each single component has been reconditioned to appear “new” again.
Berkel machines require skilled and expert hands and, with their great dedication and patience, our artisans are masters at breathing new life into these pieces of modern art. The restoration process involves the conservation of all of the original pieces, unless of course this is impossible for reasons of wear and tear.
